Do I need to replace everything at once?
No. Most businesses start with one piece — usually the booking engine or the AI concierge — and add more as they see results. Our team migrates your listings, rooms and rates for you.
Do guests see the Ora name?
No. Your website, vouchers, emails and AI concierge all carry your brand. Ora stays in the background.
How do payments work?
Guests pay online through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets — and the money settles to your account. You can take a minimum advance and collect the balance on arrival.
How quickly can we go live?
An activity operator can usually go live within days of sending us their listings and prices. Hotels take a little longer because we set up rooms, rates, taxes and staff roles with you.
